How to stop presenting a freehand and end Collaborate mode The new selected freehand will replace the freehand that was being presented previously. If you are the host or co-host of the meeting and you haven’t launched Collaborate mode yet, you will be prompted to start Collaborate mode.Click Present Freehand to start presenting. If you chose an existing freehand, a preview of the Freehand will open.Select + Create and present or select an existing freehand.The other meeting participants will continue to view the freehand that is being presented. Click All freehands at the top left corner of the Freehand app.To switch to a different Freehand during a Zoom meeting: Click Present Freehand to start presenting and sharing the freehand with the other attendees.ĭuring a Zoom meeting, any participant can switch to a different Freehand and present it to the other call attendees. You can click the Expand App View icon at the top right corner to expand the freehands dashboard view. To select an existing freehand and share with meeting attendees: You can now edit the freehand directly in Zoom and present it.A new freehand will open in the Zoom meeting and call participants will be asked to join Collaborate mode at the top of the Zoom meeting window. If you haven’t signed in yet, follow the prompts to sign in to your InVision account.Once you’ve installed the Freehand app in Zoom, select the app in the My Apps tab in your Zoom meeting.
To create a new freehand and share with meeting attendees:

All participants in the Zoom meeting will need to install the Freehand app in Zoom in order to edit the freehand that is being presented. If one of the call participants tries to present a freehand while another freehand is being presented, that new freehand will replace the previously shared one. Only one freehand can be presented at a time during a Zoom meeting. Learn more about how to add members to your InVision team here: Adding users to an InVision V7 team. In order to edit the freehand, call participants need to be added as members or guests in your InVision team and have editing access to the Freehand document. Call participants can leave Collaborate mode and rejoin at a later time. Lear more about how to use Collaborate mode with the Freehand app here. If you are not the host or co-host of the meeting and want to lead the presentation, you can ask the host to initiate Collaborate mode by clicking the Collaborate button at the top right corner of the Freehand app window. Only the host or co-host of the Zoom meeting can start Collaborate mode, but once Collaborate mode is launched, all call participants can select and present freehands. All participants have the ability to share a freehand during a meeting. Using the Freehand app during a Zoom meeting The call participants will receive a message in the call chat with a link to the Freehand app in the Zoom Marketplace, where they will be able to install the app on their end. Once you have installed the Freehand app in Zoom, you can click the Invite icon at the top of the Freehand app panel to share the app with the other participants in the call. The Freehand app will appear now in the tab My Apps in Zoom. Follow the prompts to authorize the app and open Zoom or launch a meeting. Click the Sign in button to sign in to your InVision account and add the Freehand app on Zoom. Search for and click InVision Freehand - Whiteboard. A new browser window for the Zoom App Marketplace will open. 
In the Discover tab, click Discover more apps on App Marketplace. You can also access the Apps tab from the toolbar of your Zoom meeting If you already have the app installed, you can skip to Using the Freehand app during a Zoom meeting. To start sharing and presenting freehands in your Zoom meetings, you first need to install the Freehand app. Once your Zoom meeting ends, you will continue to have access to all the freehands created or updated during the call in your InVision account. You can share an existing freehand, create a new one, and present them, all without leaving the Zoom window. 
The Freehand app for Zoom allows you to easily share freehands and collaborate with stakeholders during your Zoom meetings.
