  • If one of the call participants tries to present a freehand while another freehand is being presented, that new freehand will replace the previously shared one.
  • Only one freehand can be presented at a time during a Zoom meeting.

  • In order to edit the freehand, call participants need to be added as members or guests in your InVision team and have editing access to the Freehand document.
  • Call participants can leave Collaborate mode and rejoin at a later time.
  • Lear more about how to use Collaborate mode with the Freehand app here. If you are not the host or co-host of the meeting and want to lead the presentation, you can ask the host to initiate Collaborate mode by clicking the Collaborate button at the top right corner of the Freehand app window.
  • Only the host or co-host of the Zoom meeting can start Collaborate mode, but once Collaborate mode is launched, all call participants can select and present freehands.
  • All participants have the ability to share a freehand during a meeting.
  • Using the Freehand app during a Zoom meeting The call participants will receive a message in the call chat with a link to the Freehand app in the Zoom Marketplace, where they will be able to install the app on their end.
